  8.         Problem:   if CAT is defined as a symbol:  DIR % | SORT | MORE
  9.                specifing CAT on the command line by itself to list all
  10.                files does not work.

  12.         Reason:       Parameter replacement routine did not work correctly
  13.                when the symbol included the parameter replacement character
  14.                '%' and there were no parameters specified on the command
  15.                line. Routine now works correctly.

  17. 2.    Problem:   I have an XT compatable and CLI does not work correctly
  18.                on my machine, Why??

  20.         Reason:       Oops!! We accidently released CLI compiled with the
  21.                extended 286 insturction set turned on. This release
  22.                includes both.

  25.                CLISW286.EXE -  for those with 286/386/486 processors
